Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of MakeRVN, operated by Miranda Network SL, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It exists to protect the Service, our customers, end users and third parties. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1. Overview

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring that everyone in your workspace complies with this AUP. You must use the Service lawfully, honestly and in a way that does not harm others or compromise the integrity of attribution and measurement.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not, and must not permit anyone to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose.
• Upload, store or transmit illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates the privacy or other rights of any person.
• Engage in fraud of any kind, including click fraud, install fraud, bot or emulator-driven traffic, incentivized installs presented as organic, or other invalid traffic.
• Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious or disruptive code, or interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract data from the Service except through documented APIs and within applicable limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law.
• Circumvent, attempt to circumvent, or assist others in circumventing ad-network or app-store policies, technical protections, rate limits or usage limits.
• Submit or process data that you do not have the right to provide, or that you lack a valid legal basis or required consent to process.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, without our prior written authorization.
• Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

3. Attribution integrity

Because MakeRVN provides attribution and measurement, the following are specifically prohibited:

• Attribution manipulation, including click injection, click spamming, forging or replaying click identifiers, and falsifying or tampering with events, signals or conversion data.
• Sending fabricated, duplicated or misleading conversion events to advertising platforms via our integrations.
• Misrepresenting the source, channel or nature of installs, sessions, purchases or other events.

4. Consequences of violations

If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, we may take action proportionate to the violation, including issuing a warning, throttling or restricting features, removing offending content or data, and suspending or terminating your access to the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service. Where there is a risk of harm to the Service, other customers or third parties, we may act immediately and without prior notice. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
