About the role
We sell a tool for performance marketers, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. You'll own MakeRVN's paid and organic growth across channels and prove the ROI in our own dashboard.
This is a hands-on role with real budget and the autonomy to test boldly.
What you'll do
- Plan and run paid campaigns across search, social and app channels.
- Own the full funnel from acquisition to activation and retention metrics.
- Design and analyse experiments, then double down on what works.
- Partner with content and product to ship landing pages and lifecycle flows.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in performance / growth marketing for B2B or app products.
- Fluent in attribution, LTV, CAC and cohort analysis.
- Hands-on with ad platforms and analytics tooling.
- Strong writing and a test-and-learn mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a SaaS or developer product.
- Comfort working with SQL or BI tools directly.
